Gardens Rewards – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Gardens Rewards Programme (“Rewards Programme”) administered by Gardens by the Bay (“Gardens”, “the Gardens”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in or participating in the Rewards Programme, individuals acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any amendments that may be made from time to time.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Rewards Programme is open exclusively to Singapore citizens, permanent residents, and holders of valid long-term passes who reside in Singapore, and who are aged 13 years and above.
1.2 Enrolment is complimentary and limited to one account per eligible individual.
1.3 The Gardens reserves the right to request documentation to verify identity and residential status. The Gardens may suspend or terminate participation in the Rewards Programme if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

2. Voucher Issuance and Redemption

2.1 Digital vouchers (“Vouchers”) may be issued as part of promotional campaigns, targeted outreach efforts, or other initiatives at the sole discretion of the Gardens and are subject to availability.
2.2 Each Voucher is subject to specific terms and conditions, which may include but are not limited to:
   (a) validity or expiry period;
   (b) redemption procedures;
   (c) applicable outlets, attractions, or merchants; and
   (d) any exclusions, minimum spend requirements, or usage restrictions.
2.3 Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, and may not be resold, unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.4 The Gardens is not obliged to replace, reissue, or extend vouchers that are expired, lost, stolen, or deleted.

3. Communications

3.1 By enrolling in the Rewards Programme, participants consent to receive communications related to Gardens Rewards, including voucher notifications, promotional offers, and programme updates.
3.2 Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time. However, operational communications (such as Voucher delivery or redemption instructions) will continue to be sent as necessary.

4. Programme Modifications and Termination

4.1 The Gardens reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Programme, or any of its components, at any time without prior notice.
4.2 In the event of programme termination, any unredeemed vouchers will be rendered void, unless otherwise specified by the Gardens.
4.3 Continued participation in the Rewards Programme following any amendments shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. Personal Data Protection

5.1 Participation in the Programme is subject to the Gardens by the Bay Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected, used, stored, and disclosed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore.

6. Misuse and Fraud

6.1 The Gardens reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Rewards Programme, and to void any associated vouchers, in the event of suspected misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 These eterms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
7.2 Any disputes arising in connection with the Rewards Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
